Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Herbs Botanica. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your products to initiate a return or exchange. We accept returns for unopened and unused products. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
